HSE POLICY:

Thulasi Engineering Sdn Bhd (TESB) practiced and recognized Health, Safety & Environment (HSE ISO14001 & ISO45001) standards at each of our operations around the world and are fully committed to the pursuit of high product and service quality while ensuring no harm to people & no damage to the environment.

HSE is deeply embedded in our business culture as the group continues to drive improvements in this important area.

To meet our objectives, we will:

  • Ensure visible and supportive management involvement in all HSE matters.
  • Comply with applicable HSE Legislation, Regulations, and apply responsible standards where these do not exist.
  • Develop measurable HSE objectives and targets, and appraise and report our performance to ensure continuous improvements.
  • Identify HSE risks arising from our activities and reduce them to the lowest practicable levels.
  • Provide a safe working environment for all our employees and ensure personnel are trained to carry out their work safely.
  • Take a systematic and structured approach to the management of HSE based on suitable management systems.
  • Conduct audits, and take corrective action where appropriate to ensure effective implementation of this policy. We required that our suppliers, customers and visitors adhere to this policy at all times.

QA/QC POLICY:

It is the policy of THULASI ENGINEERING SDN BHD (TESB) to provide quality work processes with ISO 9001:2015, services and workmanship that meet or exceed the expectations and requirements of our Clients. TESB is committed to continuous quality improvement through the involvement of all personnel and Clients, in a systematic, logical process, to continually improve TESB’s work practices and procedures.

TESB is dedicated to the development & implementation of our company’s wide quality control process. Our employees adhere to established objectives for continuous improvement, as well as a quality policy that focuses on Client needs and improved processes to meet our goals of providing exceptional quality in all of our services.

TESB’s Management continually reinforces this commitment by communicating openly with employees about the importance of meeting all of TESB’s and Clients’ requirements.

TESB’s quality control process is implemented through the following key strategies:

  1. Development of a clear focus & emphasis on the Clients’ needs and requirements.
  2. Adoption of a management structure that engenders positive attitudes, encourages personal and technical development, and rewards effort, integrity, and initiative.
  3. Ongoing development and maintenance of effective information and documentation system.
  4. Encouragement of professional development and encouragement of employees to participate in and lead national professional organizations representing their engineering specialty.
  5. Commitment to a continuing recruitment program to attract and hire highly motivated professionals with appropriate qualifications and proven work skills.
